Spoiler Alert, Spoiler Alert, Spoiler Alert.  We're about to reveal the codes, if you don't want to know, then stop reading now.  If you're banging your head against the wall, and neither the hint or cheat cards are helping you get into your Wine Escape Room Game, then the codes you need are; For the Legend of Locheye Escape Room Game, the code is 1933.  For the Sugarskull Hollow Escape Room Game, the code is 3564.

Is the Wine Escape Room Cage reuseable?

Accepted Answer

Yes and No.  If you take a copy of the score sheet before playing so that you have another for use next time then you can use it again.  BUT bear in mind that the code will be the same!  So it'll be fun for new friends/family that you may want to play it with, but the code will be the same as before (if you remember it!)

How long does the Wine Bottle Escape Room take to solve?

Accepted Answer

This can vary greatly depending on who is playing and how logical their minds work!  Those adept at puzzle solving will find it easier, and therefore complete it more quickly.  Our family played the Legend of Locheye game (with the assistance of the help cards, numerous times!) in around 1hr 15mins.

How do you get from the numbered answers in each room back to a single digit for each ring of the padlock?

Accepted Answer

Add all 4 digits from each room's problem cards to give you a single number.  eg.28+56+9+2 = 95.  Then continue to sum together each digit until you eventually get to a single digit.  So 95 becomes 9+5 = 14, then 14 becomes 1+4 = 5.  Do this for all 4 rooms to crack the code! :)

How do you set up the Wine Cage Escape Room?

Accepted Answer

Setting up the Wine Cage Escape room is straight forward.  The Padlock is preset to the correct code.  Simply open the cage door at the top, insert your bottle, and secure the door at the top with the preprogrammed padlock.  Then gift it to the recipient.  They'll play the game, and figure out the unlock code to access their bottle! It's a fantastic way to gift a bottle!
