We're working in collaboration with Carlton Primary School to help fundraise for a Robot that will enable Noah to continue his learning and be connected to the teacher and his classmates whilst unable to attend School. 

Noah has significant medical needs which require him to spend a lot of time at home and in hospital.  We have decided to work in collaboration with Carlton Primary School to help raise some funds!   The money raised will be used to purchase (and for the running costs of) an amazing piece of technology that will help Noah access school wherever he is – whether at home or when he has periods in hospital .

The magical unicorn design was created as it is Noah's favourite animal, quite fitting for a mug that is going to work its magic to help keep Noah connected to his Learning and his Friendships!

All profits from every one of Noahs Mug's that are purchased will be put into the fund!  If you can help, we, The School, and the Family would be incredibly grateful.  

Mugs are available to order here for delivery, Collection from our Store in Selby is available, and the School also have a small stock available which we will continually replenish for them.

We are using hashtags #gamechangefornoah and #robotforasuperhero to raise awareness.

Changed your mind?

No Problem,  As long as your order status is not yet 'in Production'.  After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case then we will be unable to cancel or amend your order.  Your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided.  

 

The vast majority of our products are personalised.  If your item is personalised: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for these items.  This includes anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element, Perishable products (like food or flowers), or Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like cosmetics or underwear) where the seal is broken. To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

 

If your item is NOT personalised: If already received, repackage the item up and send it back to us at the stated returns address within 30 days of receiving the item and letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we receive the item we will process the refund directly to your payment card, provided that the item arrives with us undamaged and in a resaleable condition. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

 

What if it's faulty or damaged?

We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at hello@twobeeps.co.uk as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 48 working hours. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible:
